Here at One Vision we believe we have some of the best staff in the industry. Every staff member is passionate about supporting our students to achieve their full potential. Meet the team below
Natalie Hamilton – Assistant Manager
Natalie joined the team in February 2018 after 20 years teaching at Hope School and College. She brings with her a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with additional needs as well as managing behavioural strategies.
She joined the senior management team at Hope in 2010 and was transition co-ordinator for the College leavers.
Outside of work she enjoys art, sewing and spending time with her 5 children and 4 grandchildren! She has brought many fresh ideas to the Vis and we are very lucky to have her on the team!

Lynne Harrison
Head of Department - Vocation Vision
Lynne joined the team in 2017. Previously Lynne worked in special schools, respite centres, on outreach services and short break services. Lynne is a fully qualified Teacher and Swimming teacher. At One Vision Lynne leads a number of sessions including Gardening, Construction, Prop making, Hospitality and Independent living skill sessions. She also delivers training to our staff: Health and Safety, COSHH and Fire awareness.
Lynne also organises our residential trips to Ribby Hall each year, which all our members absolutely love!
Lynne loves to be outdoors, walking, cycling and skiing.
Louise Carter
Head of Department – Health and Wellbeing
Louise joined the team in 2016 as a Session support. Over the years Louise has worked extremely hard to achieve her teaching & QTLS qualifications and is now Head of our Heath and Wellbeing department.
Louise is a qualified personal trainer and excels in adapting her sessions to meet every members needs, to provide an environment that is inclusive for all.
Louise won the 'Inclusion in sports', Wigan Council, Believe award in 2022 and was nominated again in 2023.
Outside of One Vision Louise enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing netball, coaching SEN basketball and hiking.
Joanna Sweet
Head of Department – Performing Arts
My role at One Vision is primarily Head of Department for Performing Arts, as well as overseeing assessment and progression. My background in teaching enables me to provide fun, engaging and memorable sessions for both members and students from schools and colleges in a range of different activities across the site.. I’ve always had a keen interest in musical theatre and live music which has led me to learning how to operate sound tech for live performances in my own time. I use these skills in the newly created ‘Hopes and Dreams Theatre’ at One Vision, something I am proud to have been part of creating. Outside of One Vision, you may find me either on a tennis court, riding a horse, singing at church or with the community choir, walking in the countryside or operating sound for local theatre groups.
Megan Bibby
Teacher
Megan is the Head of Performing arts, Once graduating from Musical Theatre school at Renaissance Arts went on to play the principle role in Jack And The Beanstalk pantomime, touring in Birmingham. Lead vocalist/dancer for Med Ents, On various Greek Islands and then continued on to work on a cruise ship as a singer/dancer. After performing, went on to study ISTD, DDE modern theatre and Ballet. Megan is extremely talented and a great leader. The Christmas Show, at One Vision, was created by Megan. She always encourages members to fulfill their dreams. Our members are lucky to have such a talented person to look up to.
Megan has her own business 'Magical moments princess' and loves spending time with her fur babies 'Blue, Betty, Lottie and Nemo.'
Angela Hendry
Quality Framework Administrator and Teacher
Angela joined the team in November 2021 as a teacher, who gained her qualification at Edge Hill University. She taught in primary schools for 18 years, covering from Reception to Year 6, as an HLTA and a Learning Mentor. Previous to this she had a 20-year career as a senior manager, in HR. She has a background in Contemporary & Modern Dance and was a regular performer at Aberdeen College of Education and His Majesty’s Theatre shows, together with the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for a number of years. Her role has recently expanded to support the Quality Framework as an administrator, but she loves working within Health & Wellbeing. Her passion is world travel, collecting countries, and hill-walking her beloved home country of Scotland. If she is not doing this, you can find her with her nose in a book, whilst cuddling her cats!! She LOVES being with our members, as they inspire her to be positive and enthusiastic every day.
Danielle Banks
Teacher / Safeguarding officer
Danielle joined the team in 2019 and has since gained her QTLS qualification. Danielle is the lead of our Sensorial superstars group and runs lots of amazing sessions with our members. Most recently, creating a link with 'Blundell's boxing gym', which our members attend weekly. Danielle also runs Filming, Dance and Independent living skills sessions throughout the week.
Outside of One Vision Danielle enjoys spending time with her baby girl, family and her dog Brock.
Rachael Jones
Session Lead
Rachael started at One Vision in 2021 and works along side Megan teaching Performing Arts. Rachael has been doing performing arts from a very young age, she trained at Merseyside Dance and Drama Centre in Liverpool and Performers theatre school where she was given many opportunities to perform at Liverpool Empire in shows such as, Joseph and the amazing technicolour dream coat, Evita, Whistle down the wind, Annie and many more. Rachael was also a part of the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir where he was given the opportunity to perform at the Closing Ceremony of the Olympics in London in 2012. Rachael also teaches singing and musical theatre at Studio GU3 at night. Recently Rachael has been Working with her brother on her very own Album. Rachael is inspired by the members at One Vision and is honoured to have the opportunity to work with them every single day.
Laura Elwick
Session Lead
Laura joined the team in 2022 and was previously a hairdresser, from leaving school.
Laura helped to get our Hair and Beauty area open shortly after starting.
Laura enjoys working in the Salon with our members teaching them Hairdressing skills. She also enjoys working with our Taskmasters team and other Vocational sessions. Laura is currently working on her Teaching qualification.
Katie Winnard
Social Media Digital Lead
Katie joined the team in 2016 after volunteering previously for 2 years, helping the members with photography. She is the lead of our Film & Media group and, with the help of Emma and Kevin, has created some amazing film projects at One Vision. Katie is now our Social Media digital lead and keeps our website and social media pages up to date each week, as well as, joining with other sessions to film and edit video projects and give photography sessions. Katie is also one of our Safeguarding officers.
Outside of One Vision Katie enjoys working on her Balloon and Event business, spending time with family and friends, watching films and editing videos.
Emma Case
Session Lead
Emma joined the team in 2016. Emma enjoys taking part in the Media sessions and has created some amazing film projects at One Vision. Emma is very creative and completed a floristry course at school and previously ran our Floral Art group. Emma also plays an active roll in planning a lot of the events that happen at One Vision such as Charity events, parties and coffee mornings.
Emma is a popular member of staff at One Vision as she is very caring and supportive. She gives the best advice and has a great understanding of all our members.
Stacey Rigby
Session Lead
Stacey joined the team in 2021 and is now the Lead of our Sensory explorers. She has worked extremely hard to gain her Level 2 in Health and Social care and won the 'Apprentice of the year award' in 2022. Stacey loves perform and is always up for having a laugh. She brings so much joy into all her sessions for the members and ensures everyone leaves with a smile on their face!
Outside of One Vision Stacey has 3 wonderful children. She loves taking her dog 'Teddy' on walks.
Bethan Mason
Session Lead
Beth joined the team in 2022. She has gained her NVQ Level 3 qualification, First aid and safeguarding. Beth leads our Prop Shop group and was the creative mind behind all the props that we use for our shows! She also runs sessions such as Gardening in the Poly tunnel, printing, independent living skills, DIY sessions and sewing.
Outside of One Vision Beth enjoys travelling around the UK in the caravan with her family and 2 sausage dogs, listening to country music and Creating Arts & crafts projects.
Kath Phelan
Session Lead
Kath has been coming to One Vision for 8 years, she began by supporting one of our members and is now a member of One Vision staff. Kath is NVQ Level 3 qualified. Previously Kath worked in a residential setting with adults & children, specializing in epilepsy and learning disabilities.
At One Vision, Kath is bounce back ability trained and works with our Sensorial Superstars everyday. Kath also takes pride in our Laundry room and promotes independent living skills to our members each day.
Outside of One Vision Kath is a very social person and loves to travel around the UK in 'Connie', her camper van. Kath loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Angela Charnock
Session Lead
Angela is the lead of our Floral Art session, she works with our members to create amazing floral pieces that we put up for sale on our stalls.
Outside of work Angela loves shopping, especially charity shops, spending time with her husband and socialising with friends.
Stuart Naylor
Session Lead
Stuart is the Lead of One Visions 'Bright Sparks' session. Bright sparks have helped create our amazing new theatre, installing lighting, sound, projectors etc. and has created an amazing theatre with our members.
Joanne Taberner
Session Lead
Joanne leads our Unique Sewing group and has turned the sewing room into a magical space our members can let their creativity run free! She has learnt our members how to sew using the sewing machines, knit, crochet and so much more! They create stunning handmade work that is sold on on our stalls and One Vision and annual stalls such as Standish Markets and Rotary club.
Adam Mcgowen
Session Lead
Adam has been supporting adults with learning disabilities since 2004.
He has experience in one-to-one community-based support, residential support and small group support. Adam has been heavily involved in developing a person cantered approach and putting the individual first. He founded a digital media team which produce music, videos and stop frame animations. Adam enjoys teaching videography, sound recording, storytelling and computer skills to people with a wide range of skills, abilities and interests.
Carina Kenyon
Session Worker
Carina joined the team in 2019 and has since gained her teaching qualification. Previously Carina has worked at many different theatres and has performed in lots of shows on stage! She has a Higher national diploma in Performing Art. Carina loves to perform, sing and dance!
Outside of One Vision Carina enjoys spending time with her wonderful children.
Zara Ince
Session Support
Zara joined the team in 2022 and is part of our Vocational Vision team. She is currently working towards her Level 3 in Health and Social care. Previously Zara has worked as a Personal Assistant and in home care.
Zara enjoys going on holiday, family time and spending time with her children outside of work.
Amy Causey
Session Support
Amy started One Vision in 2023 and is currently working towards her Level 3 in Health and Social care. Previously Amy worked in Nursing care and Retail but wanted a change. Amy was was caring for one of our members at their home and came to One Vision after meeting some of our staff. Amy works with the Sensorial Superstar group through the week.
Amy has 2 beautiful children and enjoys holidays, walks, adventures and going to the gym.
Lara Boland
Session Support
Lara joined the team in 2018 after coming to One Vision on a link with Ground Work.
She was a keen worker and really got involved in all the sessions with the members and was offered a permanent role. Lara mainly in our Heath and Wellbeing department, supporting Louise with exercise and fitness sessions.
Since working at One Vision, Lara has gained her Level 2 in Health & Social care and is now a trained rebound therapist. She delivers bounce back ability sessions to our members daily and works on their postural management targets.
Outside of One Vision Lara enjoys Walking, playing Football and spending time with family
Rita Carletti
Session Support
Rita started working at One Vision in 2019.
At One Vision Rita enjoys working with our Sensorial Superstar group, as well as, the Floral Art group and Vocational Vision. Rita likes to learn new skills in the different groups she works in.
Outside of One Vision Rita enjoys taking part in pantomimes, baking, spa weekends, going abroad, reading crime fiction and socialising with friends and family.
Rita is up for anything as long as the members are enjoying themselves!
Tamzin Taylor
Session Support
Tamzin joined the One Vision team in 2021 as a volunteer, dancing with the Performing Arts group. She has a Foundation degree in Arts, has been dancing for over 11 years and loves to perform.
Tamzin is a part of the Sensory explorer group and always encourages the members to be independent. She takes part in fitness sessions, cooking, arts & crafts, massage, sensory spa's and so much more!
Tamzin enjoys horse riding and dancing. At the weekend she PA’s for a member of One Vision, taking him out into the community. Her dream is to one day open her own dance studio for children and young adults with SEN.
Jack Bamber
Session Support
Jack joined the team through a link with Ground Work. He then volunteered and eventually completed an apprenticeship with Wigan & Leigh college, whilst at One Vision.
Jack enjoys working with the Sensory explorers as well as gardening and construction with the Task Master group.
Cassandra Hammond
Session Support
Cass joined the team in 2024 . Previously Cass worked as a nursery nurse and catering. At One Vision Cass works in a number of groups, Health & wellbeing, Sensorial superstars & Film crew. Cass has got her Level 2 Teach assistant and Level 3 Health & social care qualifications.
Outside of One Vision Cass enjoys going on holidays, spending time with her son and going out socialising with friends.
Mia Elwick
Apprentice Session support
Mia joined the team in 2022 whilst on work experience with her college. Mia then volunteered at One Vision during her summer holidays and eventually became a full time member of staff and is now completing her apprenticeship.
Mia enjoys working in all departments of One Vision.
Outside of One Vision Mia enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with family and going on holidays.
Becca Jones
Apprentice Session Support
Becca started at One Vision in 2023 after volunteering here. Becca has always loved singing and dancing from an early age and previously attended 'The music project' and where she gained her Level 2&3 in Music performance. Becca works with our Performing arts group and loves taking part in our shows!
Outside of One Vision Becca enjoys taking her dog Bruno out, spending time with family and friends and creating amazing make-up videos for her TikTok page!
